Anecdotally for reference, a friend who graduated from the Citadel in 2020 paid $1k/month for a room in a house just off campus in Hampton Park Terrace (utilities included) around that time.

I'm originally from San Francisco and settled on Columbus, OH back in 2021 as my main market before moving here to focus on it full-time.

I have not been as focused on the real estate sales and have really just held onto my license for the time being.

Is it easy to rent and they pay on time?

I got confused a bit because the seller of the property had about 19k left in their escrow account at closing time from a 203k loan for the same property.
