After a brief banking career, Rusty joined Executive Realty as a developer/property manager in 1986. taking ownership of the company in 1993, Rusty became the firm’s Principal/President/CEO.

I recently joined bigger pockets and look forward to connecting with liked mined investors with the same goal in mine.

I am interested in learning everything about Real Estate investing from finding and financing to purchasing multi-family and commercial properties.By joining BiggerPockets I hope not only to learn REI but also to make friends who want to create relationships and "fuller pockets" for their families and themselves. 

In 2015 I purchased two more properties and as a new year’s resolution I decided to finally join the BP community.

I just joined BP in Maricopa.

I am new to this community and I am excited to join in the fun I hear everyone is having!

I now have several multi family dwellings, single family homes and a commercial building along with some random building lots.I joined the site because my very good friends Brandon and Heather Turner have been suggesting I do it for a long time but I never did and have no excuses as to why but I'm here now and am looking forward to all BiggerPockets has to offer.
