Young Rent & Hold Investor in Houston TX

Hi guys,

I am new and looking to learn.  I currently have two rental properties in Houston, TX.  One is a single family home, owned clear and free that I rent, and the second is a  garage apartment detached from the house I live in (has a mortgage) that I also rent out.

I am 27 years old and an engineer by day (and all the time says my wife).

I love building, outdoor activities, and my goal is to own my own time.

Looking to start building up my portfolio to around 20 units, only 18 to go.

Any information on how to continue from where I am to where I want to be would be much appreciated.

Thanks, Nathan
