This kinda works with just internet shopping but is greatly magnified if you are actually touring houses.

However, an internet forum isn't the place for this advice.

It is really in the adjoining land owners best interest to grant easement for a reasonable cost or they may end up being forced to give it for nothing.In the future, call the city, county and state to ask about something like this rather than consulting random people on the internet, haha.

Unless this Seller is living under a rock and does not have access to the Internet and only use a fax machine to communicate with the outside world. 

Do some research on the internet for brokers local to you and decide if you want to go with a small boutique brokerage, a big national chain, or something in the middle.

They probably have Netflix or something and they mostly just care about a good internet connection.Also be sure to clearly state if you're offering a private or a shared bathroom.

A couple of basic steps that take more effort than reading it off a piece of paper you gave them, but don't think having a PO box keeps your location anonymous....... not with todays info on the internet.....

Don't base your decisions off the advice of anonymous strangers on the internet that know nothing of the situation.

I have heard of people in my area getting used single wide trailers 3 for two grand, but as I look on the internet I see everyone is asking for 13k for a trailer that I would have to put lots of money into fixing up.
