However, in true BP fashion this question has been asked many times before which is where I was able to run down this link:    https://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2013/04/1...So, with all of that said, regardless of which book you choose, the MOST IMPORTANT thing is to apply what you learned and take action as without this the knowledge learned from the book is absolutely useless!
