I recently tried a company for my house in Greensboro NC that really seemed professional, organized, and I had a great interaction/interview with the local business manager.

I may not have interacted with everyone personally, but i have read and taken to heart all of theknowledge, experiences, and advice you have shared and incorporated it into my life.

Again, the BiggerPockets store has some books for this or you can learn by watching podcasts, reading blogs, and interacting on the forum.

I know mentors should preferably be organic but my interactions with those I get to answer questions here and there seemed forced.

Have two other people user interaction people come in and on a scale of 1 to 10 highest rank them from a user standpointHave another two system techs come in and rank them in terms of ease of implementing.

feel free to interact in the forums, meet some great people, and definitely provide more value to the community by sharing your thoughts, experiences, and of course, success stories!

This has certainly given me a taste for the community and I feel more empowered to interact and ask questions.

I will hopefully going to see it this week, but wanted to see what opinions I could foster here on whether short sales are good options for buy and hold and hopefully carpet and paint BRRRR investing. 

The basement has its own independent exit so no need to interact with the top floors.

The meetup will be nothing formal just a casual hang out to interact with other investors in the area to discuss deals, hopes and dreams etc .....
