For the BRRRR Bootcamp, there is time dedicated in the first few weeks to understand what the BRRRR Strategy is, but then it will be more concentrated on the specific topics you mention above in the curriculum.

Timing of the sale of each might be an issue, it's a complicated strategy you will want to think through and plan for before you list either property. 

Building a duplex or triplex for house hacking could be a solid investment strategy, especially considering the potential rental income and your ability to live in one of the units.

I'd recommend starting off of your strategy/property type and then going from there.

Also would like to make humble successful entrepreneurial friends who are ministry minded or just wise and not self indulgent.Sure would enjoy learning more about finding an affordable management company and exit strategies.  721 or RE funding collectives dont interest me.
