That being said I am looking for insight from fellow San Antonio investors that have reliable contractors that currently have the bandwidth to take on another rehab.

Thanks for the insights everyone, it seems like its not out of the ordinary then to be locked and not able to float down easily.

I know there are several potential obstacles to consider when thinking of such an investment, but I wanted to get the BP community's thoughts on this strategy as well as some insight/advice from those  who are currently investing abroad or considering doing so.
