RE Market Research Tech
Hello BP investors! I'm based out of the Chicago market (a newbie) and am trying to get some help in narrowing down neighborhoods to focus on, whether that be within the city limits or the surrounding suburbs.
What tools are typical in guiding your decisions to focus from broad areas of search to down to smaller neighborhoods of focus?
What are the free tools?
What are the paid tools? Which paid tools are worth it?
As an aside, should anyone want to chat about commercial construction, I'm more than willing to give insight into the commercial general contracting world. I work for a large GC in the Chicagoland area.
Cheers!
