I have never heard of a training program that really trains people how to do the advanced techniques. 

There are other techniques like funding your own personal 529 plan and changing the beneficiary to your kids too.

There are a lot of different marketing techniques that can bring in a deal.

This is a simple note purchase, I've used this technique, there is no super analysis as there is with bulk purchase transactions or corporate issues involved or get involved with off shoot issues that don't apply here.

So, is it possible to get this deal funded with some sort of creative financing technique or do I just give up and get back to focusing on finding my flip?!
