The due diligence requires combing through everything to make sure there is nothing inconsistent with the financials and indicative of fraud.

Products to looking for that might indicate housing moves: couches, tvs, beds, cars, refrigerators.

You can give yourself a  break because most of us have immense difficulty in finding a good one.That said, I find that the PM's responsiveness and "reachability" is a great indicator of their overall performance. 

Many were investing in exactly the same way as described here.... thinking that Current Cashflow is indicative of future Cashflow.

Ours indicates only that we will attempt to contact them but that we can enter at reasonable times for all of the reasons you want access: repairs, property inspection, lease compliance. 

That may give you an indication as to whether the address listed is correct.

Just an indication of how encouraged I am, I have someone about to book with me because where they were going was destroyed.

Everything looked good at the surface, but the distinct lack of craftsmanship indicated that corners had been cut, and what you were looking at probably wouldn't make it too far into the remaining life of the home.

@Stephen D.As Shaun indicated yes you are liable for the difference and no the Title Company is notThe amount of the 2016 Property taxes where not known until October(ish) so the title company pro-rates based on 2015 taxes.  

The home I went after had been on the market a few weeks with no offers, and the HomeUnion local agents that work with the selling agent indicated that one other offer came into the mix last minute.
