For those that don't know the majority of electrical fires, injuries, and death are caused people thinking they can do electrical work, they play electrician. this is to include homeowners , handymen, and contractors.

Alright let me know how crazy this sounds and if it’s a workable situation….I found a homeowner that is trying to do whatever it takes to get out of these two houses.Facts:-Both properties are probably worth 25k and are coming up for a tax scavenger sale in December.

That said, you can still find the over-extended home owner / tired landlord with the ugly house and clean/fix it up to force appreciation.

By strawberry manors area there tends to be more home owners from what I noticed and it is pretty quiet.

You will really get a good feel for working with homeowners, buyers and sellers and if you are able to sell a house, you'll bring is some good money to start squirreling away for your own investments! 

So what questions should I ask the homeowner?

I am talking to a homeowner concerning a vacant property they own (owner walked away ~1 year ago).

Other HOA's discourage rentals as it disturbs the Primary home owners. 

FHA will still want to make sure you have enough of your own income to cover the mortgage payment, property taxes, mortgage insurance, and homeowners insurance without taking into account the rental income.
