Just curious if folks send a 1099 to their bulk trash removal companies like waste management or city comptroller's for bills like water/sewer 🧐 

As the title says, I would like to purchase a few (or a couple of larger) multifamily properties to cash-flow at least $10K per month (ideally $12K/mo.).The criteria are mainly:-B-class properties/locations (i.e. no "ghetto" properties)-Professionally managed by a reputable/trustworthy company (not fly-by-night operations)-Looking mainly in Texas DFW, San Antonio, Austin, Houston) & Wisconsin (Milwaukee and surrounding areas)What kind of investment would this require? 

To answer your question directly though, to move the ownership of a property to an LLC we usually go through a title company to help with that.  

There are plenty of companies that buy mobile home notes because of their value, but I'm just curious on the actual hypothecation part.

How much is the management company facing as to what is being threatened in suit of overcharging late fees and changing figures in accounting ?

I've only heard this recently in a book I read, and by a closing agent from a title company.

Putting property in LLC when one has loan, is either not possible or will raise red flags with the loan company.

From what I've read here in Texas it's better to go with the contract that the TREC offers since title companies prefer it but where I'm confused is if I have to use that contract twice?

So I and others can better understand the problems or hurdles with CF.I expect CF was designed more for company start ups which are not raising as much as a larger syndication would be doing.
