@Andreas Blomst most real estate agents don’t have the expertise in analyzing real estate investments almost no real estate agents have experience or the knowledge on how to value the added gain of the option to add an addition to your property.

I have now started using a technique called "google drive for dollars" its great just let your computer and mouse do all the driving for you as you jot down properties in your target market that may need your help/expertise.

Many investors on here are commenting on these posts with really great knowledge and expertise... with that being said, much of that knowledge and expertise is based on incredibly different, often larger/metro markets, and it often doesn't apply the same in smaller/specialized areas.

I had written a reaction explaining my thoughts on cold-calling further referring to how a carpenter uses his hammer though not everyone who swings a hammer hits their nails squarely every time, it takes practice and expertise.

Clearly communicate your services, expertise, and the value you bring to both borrowers and lenders.
