HI Erias,You can always start off by house hacking meaning you live in one UNIT or ROOM and renting out the other vacant units/rooms to offset your monthly mortgage payment.There are several ways to run and make sure you are maximizing your rental income while keeping your living expense as low as possible.

Then we would be profiting a clean $2k a month from just this property alone and still have money for a down payment for a house hack. 

Would it be wise for the UPS courier to have their own code to bring packages into the main entrance of the house (not inside the actual apts)?

When I call an agent they either accept my offer price for their house or they don't even if they have been on the market for months and their asking price is clearly way above market value.

Going to be listing a new property soon by Lake Winnisquam in NH and Im looking for some recommendations /referrals for photographers & cleaners that specialize in ABnb / vacation rental property listings.Ideally they would have a lot of experience with short term rentals for both since they are much different than residential house cleanings and regular real estate photography for MLS listing.Anything helps!

If you are willing to move then you can use that 20k and put the minimum amount down on a property that you can house hack.

I started out house hacking then got into longterm single family rentals.

Especially if it's a small house or condo.

Sold price above list price over 200k is normal again.I am considering putting a house in South San Francisco onto market recently.
