It’s a mid to high end rental in a nice neighborhood so looking to do mid level furnishings.

Some receive a government check and can't afford and apartment, some have temporary jobs with unstable income, some can't get utilities due to past mistakes or can't pay the deposit, some can't afford to furnish apartments, and some don't want the cost of monthly upkeep of a house ie lawn care.

In the Cancun area, we have been offered a lot of Italian type of furniture, which is popular in this area.Could you offer Italian furnishings to this area?

You can add color and character with area rugs, window coverings, wall paint, and furnishings.

If your heading down this path, I think the best course of action is to find a home and location you prefer, allocate the cash to fix it up so its very nice (floors, bathrooms, kitchen) and furnish it rental style furnishings which could be another discussion altogether, i.e.
