First time here, looking at a medical condo office in Manhattan, NY.Asking Price: $965,000Area = 872 sq ftDid some research and found that the average rental price for medical offices in the area is ~$87/sq ft/ yr, this comes out to about ~$70k a year.

I don't have much at stake, because I'm not involved in the MJ business, but there are so many states where it is legal both medically and (in growing number) recreationally, not only would there be a revolt if the feds started cracking down, but I don't think they have the money to do it.

Declaring PM income will do exactly that, convert passive income to active.I looked into this some years back, before Obamacare, and needed to vehicles to deduct medical insurance which at the time ran up to $20,000/year for a family.

As long as you are not pregnant, the Zika isn't that bad (if the microcephaly-Zika connection is even true in unborn children) and the Chikungunya is tuff but it won't kill you as long as you get medical treatment early.
