Any benefits of starting own pm company
I own a single family home that I rent out to my brother that I do not use a property management company for. I want to buy another house in the area to rent out. I’ve thought about starting my own pm company with my brother to avoid paying for someone else to do that job for me. My main purpose of this post is to find out if there are any tax or loan benefits to having my own company that records to no losses and minimal gains.
