Teams are basically mini-companies within a brokerage — they sit as as quadi brokerages that they NJ Real Estate Commission hasn’t figure out how or whether to regulate.From what I’ve seen, many teams wind up having you do a function of the process.

I would stress to my tenants that preventing damage and maintaining the property is key to ensuring they have a safe and functional home to live in.

My thought would be check all the licenses and rental agreements you would need to function as a hostel just to make sure nothing on that end will stop you or break the bank.

At issue is whether I can exceed the $15,000 annual gift exclusion to my kids by essentially making the properties functionally unmarketable by separating the two.  

You can also just search those groups using the search functions for similar post by wholesalers, there are bound to be lots of cash buyers there.

I'm always imagining that I need to be near my properties for them to function, but in reality I really don't need to do much very often.In a situation like this, would you spring for a property manager for two months, or would you just wing it and hope for the best?
