New Real Estate Agent!
Hey Guys! I have lived in the Las Vegas area for 7 years and recently obtained my real estate license. I’m in the process of signing with a broker and really just looking to connect with someone that has industry experience. Some of the initial items I’m working through are...
whether or not I should join a team, and how to choose the right company I can grow with..
If anyone has the time to connect that would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

@Briana Sanderson What was your background prior to getting your license? If you're a self starter, willing to find what you need, and are used to rejection, I think a team is less important. You're still going to need a brokerage that has a training program and full time support for new agents.
