I assume other requirements like parking spaces, natural light & vent, and egress, will still play a role in making sure the space can actually Function as an individual unit, but I'm definitely looking forward to seeing things progress with this.As an Architect who works in Chicago, I am curious what type of Information the City will have available as resources to provide assistance in understanding "Approved" designs and options.
