We just canceled a contract on a home built in 1910 for a plethora of issues including windows, roof, nesting animals in the attic, deck about to fall apart, Garage roof unable to inspect - looked terrible from outside, sagging gutters, not-obvious water intrusion, sagging ceilings, outdated electrical.Get a home inspection.

Did not want to run the risk of them shutting power off or water off once the tenant moved out and having an issue.

The door is open toilet water seem to be running mostly smoke detector is beeping and tenants phone going straight on voicemail.

Do not skimp on water coverages or Personal Liability, renters are sue happy!

I am seeing some water seeping into garage under the balcony so I would like to make sure to tightly seal the gap,I was thinking about removing worn out sealant and pour there some liquid rubber and then on top of the existing tiles I would like to install LVT to fully water proof as well as enhance the looks, is it a bad idea to have LVT outdoors?
