Just a starter question...

Brand new to real estate investing, came across a well maintained fully occupied MFH. Asking price is 300k for Four units, each with 2 bed/1 bath, renting for $900/month each. Includes Upgrades such as New roof and hardwood floors (2016), 2019: Upgraded plumbing, reglazed all bathrooms, new bathroom floors, new vanities , new fixtures, new toilets, all new appliances, multiple zone heating and air conditioning mini splits, new water heater. 2021: upgraded electrical panels, added basement heater to prevent pipe freezing in winter... On the most basic of basic levels is this a good investment?

Thanks
