@Mike WallaceAny brokerage activities will have to cut the broker in technically, as the fees are paid to the broker not you the agent.

I'm an active RE agent in Los Angeles, have plenty of sales/rehab/build experience, but really only know my local market.  

I'm in grad school right now so I don't have much free time for REI at the moment but if anyone has any suggestions for a new newbie, especially former or active duty investors, I would love to hear them.
