Great weather, wonderful people, delicious food!

Labor force participation is high, generally white-collar work, with a mix of food service and part-time jobs (among the college students).

Use to pay basic needs(house payment, car payment, food, gas)2.

Lots of good food, music concerts (covid has slowed those down for the time being) and a really interesting history! 

And the rewards are good, you just have to honor your plan.

. will the reward outweigh the risk???

It’s the idea to “suffer” a little now to get better reward later.
