There are some aspects I don't love, but I still enjoy turning a property over (painting, cleaning, maintenance, upgrading), and knowing I am providing a nice place for someone to live.

Since it is about returns at the end of the day, I'm interested to pick the brain of the Bigger Pocket community to see the evolution of this aspect of investing.

Spend your valuable time, instead, studying about all aspects of real estate investing, like: -BRRRR, Flipping/Holding, Wholesaling, Owner-Financing, Notes, Driving 4 Dollars, etc. 

It can be difficult to find an agent who fully grasps the urgency aspect of REI. 

It is very helpful for all aspects of real estate.

I have a garage I need to find a tenant for and am not too familiar with this aspect of the business.

Brokers have wayyyyy more liability but you are in complete control of every aspect of your business.

To me, one of the most attractive aspects about investing real estate is the control we get to exercise over our investments.

We do not want to involve the park in that aspect and would rather use someone else/go elsewhere.We have already had several offers come through at our asking price and well over, so we know we are able to get what we are asking, it's just a matter of how to deal with this park's poor ownership/management while selling.
