One option is to rent out an RV (connect to plumbing and electric) and they live in your driveway. 

What it says is that the mortgagee has the option of accelerating the note, within compliance of state real property laws, if property is transferred.

I have also worked with a lot of great property managers that charge reasonable rates and provide excellent service, and I would love to recommend them to you. 

But I am looking to scale my portfolio more quickly which leaves me with a few options.

The other 1 out of 10 understood, told me there were no options, and then went on a rant about how most insurance brokers don't really know what they're doing and just care about making the sale.In most cases you have to find a small local company/agent for this kind of coverage. 

If you have no other options, sure, go for it; however, if at all possible, buy a single family home.

I know I have other options like selling the notes or partialling, but this question is more focused on taking collateral based loans against the notes.

There are 80% options available, but often they come with chunky origination fees. 

Hence I’m still keeping DSTs as a future option.
