Hello BP, I have searched a few threads but I couldn't find one that fits what we are looking for.

I do this in Excel.  

It helps you to fit them in to your busy day and you will be surprised how much you learn.

Excel works too but I prefer Google because its accessible anywhere I can log into my email.  

There are some good incentives for investing, you just have to look into what fits within your risk profile.

As far as questions go, how would they fit in your business model?

I do have excellent credit though.

There are about seven gated communities in the Pocono's and a good number of Private Communities  and they all serve a purpose: some are excellent for seasonal recreational activities while others due to location are excellent for commuters.   

Properties here are selling like hotcakes, and there aren't as many deals anymore, so it might a while until I find the right fit.
