I just recently left a good stable job for a job that appeared to be an opportunity for professional growth.

We are all fans of the saying “the harder I work the luckier I get” while true, sometimes you just get lucky when people and opportunities pass your way.

Usually a house filled with junk creates opportunity if your the buyer!

There is so much opportunities here which I love, although I realized that alot of business dealings are about the connections and realtionships you nuture.

My main concern with managing myself is that I live in California and obviously would not be able to respond to emergencies, etc, very quickly myself.

Just curious to see how some of you would handle this property if you had the opportunity and in my situation.

It may be worth directing more of a focus towards Pearland, but if the opportunity presented itself and I had to choose between a property in Pearland or Friendswood, I would take Friendswood all day.
