Nice places to live, but not good for rentals....for a dozen or more reasons....HOA dues kill your returns, renting these can cause all kinds of neighborly issues...like leaving trash out on the wrong day, keeping stuff on balconies when they're not supposed to, noise, parking in the wrong spots and so many more issues you can't control.

Vertical blinds are the worst...always blowing in the wind making noise and ultimately breaking and dropping slats due to their constant motion and cheap plastic parts.

:cool: hello all i have surfed around grabbing shirt tales and making connections well lil bit bout me i grew up living in uncles and aunts Trailer parks and as got older was always wanting to play landlord and after bought first home and seen how it felt own something i decided to join military short version went to Iraq mess head up but hey God has us in his hands i now am physically disabled from manual labor work i have experience building homes now i want to buy Apartment in our neighbor hood as an investment and lively hood for my family so any info on right way to go about getting one financed or joint owned im all ears ill sit on a stump and listen to the best of them as i did growing up litening to all the vets from previous wars love to chat i do

If anyone has any suggestions how I can still obtain this property- the investor is in for a surprise when he learns he can't flip it due to newly strict rules (ie, Fannie/Freddie adopting FHA seasoning as of last 3 weeks), I am all ears and will EXECUTE your advice.

Hardwood is difficult to work with and can leave noticeable patchwork even being refinished  they can be noisy When walking on it While with a padded under laminate vinyl is noise free it will look new still by the time the hardwood needs refinishing
