I was envisioning some dude with expensive bespoke suits, gold watches and driving around in a Rolls Royce but he was super chill and down to earth. 

No disrespect, it's just experience.

Does anyone have any experience using oil and gas tax deductions (Intangible Drilling Costs: 100% tax deductible during the first year and tangible Drilling Costs: 100% tax deductible) to reduce tax liability against Roth conversions ?

.- Work with a realtor who has experience with 1031 exchanges (whether it's as an investor or helping past clients)

Both working okay/fine paying jobs, both worked through school so no student debt, driving old cars so no car payments
