He is open to construction perm loan - but wants to know what cashing out the land rates and LTV would look like.Again, he owns the land already - he owns 500-1000 doors in his portfolio of multifamily and hotels.

I have been wanting to build a portfolio of single families and small multis that cash flow ~$100 a door after expenses. 

I knew she was dirty, but when I took possession after she moved out, I was in shock walking in the door. 

I don't leave my lights and a/c on or back door wide open after I show my own house.
