(they just want a note that pencils out pretty in order to sell...but thats another issue for another day)   Even the HUD disclosure paperwork lenders required to send 2 new potential buyers do not mention this potential increase. for example: 5 % down on new home., 2021.

There is too much risk that the deal could fall apart in 90 days.In addition, if you are selling a short sale, cautious title companies require so many disclosures to the shorting lender, that in some areas, same day sales of short sales are all but dead.

Again, please give us a Title Quote on a 500k purchase with a 400k purchase loan, same as if I sent you a request for a Draft Prelim CD (closing disclosure) listing all the title costs, charges and fees.
