Hi, everyone I am new to the forums, but I’ve been listening to the podcasts for a few years now.

Since BP has this new funky advertisement in the forums that does not allow you to reply, (link above) I'll reply using the same title in hopes to generate some conversation.

Ultimately looking to get to 100 doors. 

Lookingforward to learning more about the strength of various markets/municipalitiesin the U.S. and connecting with investors looking to better understand theEdmonton Market.

But fear not, there’s a way to power through - the almighty checklist!

People that show up and do what was quoted seems hard to find sometimes.

We don't get many natural disasters of this caliber so I'm not sure what to expect for the future.

I am more focused on building to sell than rent with this strategy at least starting out.

I will post the before and after pictures, hopefully it can help anyone starting this journey, we are new investing out of state but NOT new to handlining construction project out of state for clients, looking forward to the challenge!!!!
