I am currently in medical device sales and a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

But allow for any remaining in the attic or other places in the dwelling to escape by using a one way type exit device.

Would appreciate any input from others who are investing out of state or who have an idea as to what markets are safe but will still cash flow.  

If she still continues, talk to your attorney about eviction options because it may require you to start with a stalking order or other steps before you can evict.I do not recommend using social media - or any other device - to "shame" the tenant.

The beauty of Westchester is that it's still "affordable" (according to LA standards) and it's pretty safe.

Checking licensing, looking their loans up, and maybe calling past borrowers listed on these documents, is another, and these are safe to do online.Same response if I'm wrong, and you're really flipping homes in the Mableton, GA area.
