@Kathy Henley - Thanks for the response to answer your questions, there is no mortgage on the property dad paid it off long ago. 1) no really as the whole roof needs replaced at this point. 2)I agree 3)I can agree 4)no the local trash companies trash trucks were so heavy that it is put 2 deep ruts in the lot that are up to my calf's and I'm 5'11" in height.
