The overview : 1) Location is in a small town (under 10,000) on the border to Black Hills and all the tourist attractions.  2) Property is commercial zoned, sits on a corner and also borders a river and one of the main highways into town, and could be used as a small RV park (has been in the past).

They are not anywhere near the strongest, largest, or most aggressive breed.For example... a Dogue de Bordeaux are often stronger, larger, and more aggressive.

Only advantage would maybe be de-escalation and knowing when someone’s being abused or using drugs during tenant screenings.
