@Will Fraser @Son Tran, like everywhere else in Oklahoma City proper, conditions and values vary vastly from block to block.  

There is no structural damage, no flooding, etc and the appraiser stated the home was in good condition.

Also keep in mind that the blocked off calendar might be that the host has blocked off the dates and doesn't necessarily mean it's booked.

This home is 30 years old, fully renovated, a good part of town, one block away from a university, pretty much an A-list home.I spoke with the representative of the owner and she shared the following…Price is $1.5M and the seller wants 20% down payment which I DO NOT have.

Another way is drive around for about 3-4 blocks in every direction from the property you are considering, and call any "For Rent" signs. 

Avoid the biggies like foundations, termite damage (unless it's easy to access and fix), mold / lead paint / asbestos remediation, full kitchen/bath remodels, etc.
