I am not aware if there's such community in miami alread.My idea is to create a group of people with the same objectives, where we can share our experiences, learn from others, help each other grow or start in this journey.

But if it was mostly just loud when you were in the stairwell and not in your apartment, I don't think that's a big deal.Try to do your part to reduce your own noise level while also citing and enforcing the lease to make sure you both have a smoother living experience.

It would be greatly appreciated if anyone could provide any advice on the best steps to take and your own experiences when starting out.
