Waste Water Treatment Plant

Have around 100 MHP- About half with waste water treatment plants. Saves money, but also the con of being out of state compliance and or replacement costs. Looking for other pros and cons and people who have experience with them. Trying to decide if we should focus on acquisitions in the future that do or dont have a private wwtp:)
