Morning,            My current accountant charges me $725 to do my taxes for my three properties.

SUCKS CUZ I WAS JUST TRYING TO SECURE A LITTLE STABILITY FOR MYSELF AND MY HUSBAND WHO HAS CYSTIC FIBROSIS, GRAND MAL SEIZURES ( THAT OFTEN RESET HIS WHOLE BRAIN), AND IS CURRENTLY OUR MAIN PROVIDER.

Aside from looking at other local PadSplits in the area, what are some other forms of identifying current market rents for rooms in an area that is not prevalent in PadSplits currently.
