I’ve been cross referencing Zillow with Niche to see get a feel for the different neighborhoods.

@Daniel Kern if you own any of those 6 properties out right, ask if you can cross-collateralize one of them, could eliminate out of pocket costs.Origination sounds right, maybe a little on the higher end.

Hi all - I would like to hear your opinion as per where is (still) a great state or/and town to flip houses and make solid good returns.I live in Rockland County NY and doing business all over northern jersey, I'm attending all the live sheriff sales, I'm on top of all the online auction platforms (Hubzu, Xome, Aucion.com), as well as any deal hitting the MLS, I've got relationships with many top agents (who did bring me some deals in the past).

My account has me write "equity withdraw" in the memo line of the check for cross reference.

It has been, and will continue to be, a great learning and sharing platform here on BiggerPockets. 

After having listened to the podcast and its various guest, I have glimed some tips that will helpfully inform my trajectory in REI.1) My ultimate goal is to replace my wife's salary within 10 years so that we can replace the time she works with time spent with our kids (don't have them yet but we plan on trying it November so fingers crossed!) 

Setting up that kind of entity/contract isn't worth it at our level.If there is an RE Parnter LLC template we can riff off of and the consult an attorney to cross all of the i's and dot the t's, then that route would seem to make sense to me :-)
