Rich Dad, Poor Dad for financial philosophy Brandon Turner has a number of good reads, I like The Book on Investing in Real Estate with no or low Money Down and The Book on Rental Property InvestingThe Perfect InvestmentThe Millionaire Real Estate InvestorbuMore good titles if you like.

Personally, I liked Rich Dad Poor Dad to get the investor mindset.
