They can often tell you the difference it can make buying properties just a block or two apart, and Baltimore City DOES change by the block.If you know for sure you want to make the jump, start looking at properties with them.

I would suggests researching at a block by block level to gain a better understanding of the neighborhood.

The only areas to truly flip are in the Hurricane/Teays Valley area, certain parts of Huntington/Charleston (very few parts but a couple blocks it can be done.)
