Anthony I understand the point your trying to get across but if I consistently get crab deals from one wholesaler not becase the deals crap per say but because they tack on to much then I won't probably even look at the deal that wholesaler sends me.

As soon as you find someone local to you that can speak intelligently on the subject, boom now you have rate/term refinance closing costs instead of purchase closing costs (I do not know anything about Georgia property/transfer taxes, so those components may still be there, IDK).

You'll run into two flavors.  1) Some solutions are standalone and they do the ACH component only and you then tie those payments into your accounting system like quickbooks, or whatever you are using.
