Looking for "boots in the aground", fix&flip (Augusta, north Augusta)

I'm looking for professionals with market expertise who can assist with some boots-on-the-ground leg work as well.

@Andres S Menendez I have some experience and success investing in Upstate NY, may not be applicable in your case but for OOS investors we already formed a team to act as the boots on the ground, we called ourselves the DoorInvestor. 

Does anyone have recommendations for trusted boots on the ground in Milwaukee, WI?

Interested in Boot Camp.

Best advice, interview several people for each role as you build your local team: agent, lender, contractor, maybe someone who is boots on the ground, property manager.

I have a property in Muncie, IN that I am in need of boots on the ground to guide me to what property is worth, condition of the home, suggestions for good contractor, realtor, property managers, investors, ect I am expecting to get this property back in a Sheriff's sale  gone coming up soon.

  $100-$200-$300,000 coming out of boots, bras, and briefcases.Other foreclosures like the bank/lender foreclosures are held at 600 Commerce across from the old red courthouse...ground level.
