master lease on properties this should shorten the list?

It sounds like it's pretty centralized to a few hospitals (Cleveland Clinic) and large national companies (Walmart). 

I flip, I B&H, I wholesale, I even pee on neighbors walls, you know right under the master bedroom window, always in the same spot.

As I already have a construction team built, looking to master in analyzing property value, crunching numbers and more information on hard money lenders.I'm looking to invest in strictly buy and hold properties and learn different strategies with the bigger pockets community, as well as network with local investors and realtors.Counties I'm mainly interested in : Essex, Union, Passaic.I would eventually like to land into fully developing 2-3 unit homes from the groundup in the near future.If there is any local meetup events with the listed above counties please let me know as I'm looking to soak up as much info before my first deal.Best,Justin Lugo

There's a Laundry room a master suite with a walk-in closet.

Tenants are the same as buyers, #1 on the list: kitchen; #2: master bedroom/bathroom.

The price is 247k and I was considering putting a 3rd story on, giving it 3 good size bedrooms (master suite on the third floor) and 2.5 baths.

The main living space and master bedroom are served by a Ductless.The issue is this is a cheaply built 1960s house and uses 2” x 3” interior stud walls.

After 4 years of undergrad, a masters degree, two years of studying for the MCAT while working full time, a ton of stress, tears, and sleepless nights, I found out last week my dream is coming true.

The layout of the home doesn't allow for existing bathroom to turn into a master bath (adjacent bedrooms are smaller than the largest bedroom), so we'd essentially be taking a portion of the carport for a laundry room/bathroom/and possible small mudroom.
