Flip - Second Bathroom Recommendations?
We're starting on our first actual flip soon. We have experience in renovating multifamily properties and SFH rentals. Home is a 1000 sq ft 50s brick ranch on a slab, with single car carport. We'd like to add a second bathroom. The layout of the home doesn't allow for existing bathroom to turn into a master bath (adjacent bedrooms are smaller than the largest bedroom), so we'd essentially be taking a portion of the carport for a laundry room/bathroom/and possible small mudroom. I'm worried about this being valuable as it isn't near the bedrooms, but does at least provide a second bathroom. Thoughts?
