THANK YOU @Manolo D.The building is not in austin, IN FCAT it will  be in one of those rural area, very small town. however the city is working pretty well with the builders here. for example the new building construction near austin would  take 12months -14months and here would take max with weather condition delay 8 month ( but usually 6month). 

Dues in my property's neighborhood increased by 20% right after I purchased because of a low reserve fund.

How close are you to major cities in Mass?

I have the luxury of driving through different neighborhoods on a daily basis.

I just bought a duplex in Milwaukee, in a neighborhood I'm very familiar with, and used to live in.  

SF also not super easy to get around like other cities.

Buy in desirable neighborhoods, rehab to a standard that you would want to live in the rental.
