For 2018, we are expecting a loss since we recently acquired another house to be our primary and the house we are in will be a rental property.

When the lease ran up recently, we needed to do some work on the house.

Since the property is located so close to you, and you already know that it is vacant along with recent history, I would try to locate the home owner's phone number and call him or her directly.

I have just recently obtained 100k from a refi and have 100k saved up  and wish to start doing flips or something in the real estate investing realm.

Hello forum members.My wife and I have a primary residence in NY and we recently closed on an investment property in FL.
